Voiding or Collapsing a Deal
If you want to remove a deal from your deals list, workflow and reporting you should set the deal's status to voided. If the deal fell through, set the status to collapsed.
Here of some examples of scenarios where you might want to void a deal:
An agent entered a deal incorrectly and you want a fresh start
A deal was created from a listing by accident
A deal was created from a Dotloop/Dkyslope/Docusign before it was ready to process
To void/collapse the deal
Search and select the deal from your deal's page
Click the Details Menu
Expand the Details view
Set the Sale Status to Voided/Collapsed

Voiding or Collapsing a deal will hide them from the Deals page and the Deals Requiring Attention Dashboard. You can search these deals via your Deal's search function by adding the status to the Sales Status field and click Done.
