Changing a Listing to a Deal
Great, your Brokerage just sold one of its Listings! You've done most of the hard work by entering in the deal details, now let's move that Listing to a Deal.
Log into the app and go to your Brokerage Name > Listings >Listings # > Create Deal> Upload Deal Documentation >Save
Oh, no! You've created a Listing and then created Deal for the same property:
If the step above were not followed, no problem! At the moment deals are only linked to listings when they are created. However, if you'd like to start fresh you can change the sale status of the deal you created manually to Voided and create a new deal directly from the Listing.
