You have 3 ways to get documents into Loft47 deals!
Please note the following with regards to uploading documents into a deal:
The file types we accept include: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, pdf, doc, docx, txt, md, odt, rtf, csv, xml, ppt, pps, xlsx, xls, fire. If your document is not one of the listed types, you will receive an error notification stating such!
- Files over 25MB are restricted
- File naming best practices should always be followed, the following naming conventions should be avoided:
- Don't start or end your filename with a space, period, hyphen, or underline.
- Keep your filenames to a reasonable length and be sure they are under 31 characters.
- Most operating systems are case sensitive; always use lowercase.

Head to the Documents page and select upload to attach a single or multiple files via file uploader or select your files in an open file manager window (Finder on Mac/File Explorer on PC), drag and drop your selected files onto the New button.
Upload Documents via the deal's unique email
Head to the Documents page, copy the unique deal email which you can use to email or forward your documentation from your computer or other sharing platform.
Upload Documents via an Integration
If your Transaction management system allows it, you are able to sync all documents from the transaction management platform with the deals you create in Loft47. You can enable or disable this setting in your integrations menu.
File Storage best practices should include having an alternative storage backup available, such as Dropbox, your Brokerage's server, etc.
