WHY IS MY LOFT47 DEAL NOT SHOWING IN LIQUID?

WHY IS MY LOFT47 DEAL NOT SHOWING IN LIQUID?

If you are in Liquid expecting to see a deal and it is not showing up it could be due to a number of reasons:
 
1) The most common are
  1. Deals must be Firm status under Deal Details Menu in Loft47.
  2. A positive payout must exist
  3. There must be an unpaid payout
  4. The created date or closed date must be within 90 days

2) Age old advances
  We age the advance when the pay at (close_at) is in the past.
  We age the advance when the original deal is older than 90 days and the pay at is blank.
3) Then we update all the financial details from Loft of any advance that is in the available state.
  We refresh payout data from the original deal.
  The amount we can fund depends on the percent allowable by a brokerage.
  The amount we can fund must exceed our $500 threshold.
4) Evaluate Risk
  We set the status of the advance to unavailable if the agent risk is too high ( > 80 ).
