HOW DOES LIQUID CALCULATE AVAILABLE FUNDS
When you click on a property in Liquid you will see how much is available for you to withdraw. You may be wondering why does this amount not match your total commission on the deal? Let’s explain why….
Liquid will make available an agreed % of your commission and this depends on your brokerage (please speak with your office administrator if you have questions).
The typical % amount available to you is 90% of your commission therefore this example would apply :
Total Deal Commission - $5,370.00
Liquid make 90% of your commission available = $5,370.00 @90% = $4,833.00
Liquid Fees are then deducted - $137.96 ($0.65 per day from fund request to close date, per $1,000.00 (pro-rated for fractions of $1,000.00)
Balance available to you to withdraw = $4,695.04
