Add/Manage Offices

You can now add and manage offices in Loft! 
Head to your Offices page under your Brokerage menu


Create Office

To create an office, click the 'New' button


Add your office's information into the respective fields and save

Please note! You will need to add your office to your accounting software with the exact name. 

Xero users

IMPORTANT!!!
YOU MUST SYNC YOUR ACCOUNTING IN LOFT AFTER YOU ADD AN OFFICE TO YOUR ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE SO THE CHANGE IS REFLECTED IN LOFT.

Edit Offices

To edit your office, click the pencil next to the office you want to update


To update your Broker of Record for an Office edit the field. If you are a Franchise Brokerage, update your External ID to match your Franchise Office ID for reporting purposes.

To update your office address, expand the Office address section


Make changes and save
