Office Admin Role and Permissions

These Administrators will have the equivalent of Agent-access with a few extra options to assist in creating, reviewing, and processing deals on behalf of the office. These Admins will only have access to view Agents and deals within their assigned office(s). 

Parts of the App Office Admins have access to

  1. Dashboard: Notifications and filters within their assigned office(s)

  2. My Profile: Their own profile

  3. New Deal: Add Deals within their assigned office(s)

  4. Deals: View & Edit deals (All Deal menu options) within their assigned office(s)

  5. Assign themselves as Admins on deals within their assigned office(s)

  6. Listings: Create, view, and edit listings within their assigned office(s)

  7. Brokerage Access: View People and Teams within their assigned office(s)

  8. Integrations: Can connect to Document management accounts, Accounting accounts they have login authentication/permissions in

  9. Reports: Can only access Production and Performance, scoped to their assigned office(s)

  10. In app & Email Notifications: Can receive in-app and email notifications on all activity listed above within their assigned office(s)


*Please note Office Admins will not  have the ability to manage the following: Agent deductions or post financial transactions.

If you require your office admin to have this access to these functions, reach out to support@loft47.com and ask us to move your Office admin to a full admin role.
