Install & Pin to Chrome Browser
1. Click either link above of the add-on you want, we'll use awesomescreenshot as the example here
2. Click Add to Chrome
3. Click Add Extension
View add on in your Chrome toolbar
1. Click black puzzle in your Chrome's top right corner
2. Click the pin to turn it blue
Now you'll see it in your top left hand tool bar

Click to use the tool>choose your option (capture or record)
Capture is to take screenshots
Record is to take screen recordings/videos. Please note if you just choose the Record tab version it will not record anything you want to record outside that tab, so choosing the desktop mode would be better.
After any recording, you can send the generated share link
