In order for us to be as efficient as possible and to comply with your office workflow rules and fee structures we are asking you to complete the following information in the Brokerage Notes section under the Brokerage Name on Loft47. This area is not visible to Agents so please feel free to include what ever notes you deem necessary to inform us of your specific workflow. 



Once completed, our team can review the content and get up to speed on your needs when we're asked to assist on the transactions. 

Updated Broker Notes for Loft brokerage profile:

  • Set up ZumRails for agent payouts https://support.loft47.com/portal/en/kb/articles/getting-started-with-zum-rails

  • List your Real Estate Bank Accounts, and usage 

  • Do you pay out outside brokerages or referrals to outside brokerages?

  • Are your agents paid by the brokerage, or paid at the table?

  • Do you charge the Seller or Buyer a transaction fee (over and above the agent commissions)?

  • Do you communicate information & share documents & deal information to Lawyers or Title Companies?

  • Do you have a set weekly schedule for closing & paying out deals?

  • Would you like Loft47 to send paystubs to Agents, either when the deals are created and / or after the deal is paid out?

  • Send completed / paid confirmation to Broker?
