Please note, disconnecting from QuickBooks Online will no longer allow you to post batches from Loft!
Follow these quick steps to get your QuickBooks Online account connected/reconnected to your Brokerage in Loft47.
Connect QuickBooks Online
1. Please re sign in to your account via the sign in button in the top right of this webpage or going directly to https://app.loft47.com/
2. Head to your Integrations Menu under the Brokerage menu, you can connect via Settings or Activity page
3. Click on Connect to QuickBooks Online
4. You will be asked to connect to or log into your QuickBooks Online account to select the correct Company / Account name
5. Once you've selected your Company / Account name you'll be redirected back to the Activity page in Loft. From here you want to make sure you sync the accounts again.
6. Once the sync is complete simply double check the connected account is correct. You're all set!
Disconnect QuickBooks Online
In your QuickBooks Online page under your Integration menu in Loft, click the red 'Disconnect QuickBooks Online button to disconnect
Remove Loft app in QuickBooks Online
From the left menu, select Apps then My Apps.
Select the Action ▼ dropdown menu, then Disconnect. Note: If you can't find Disconnect in the menu, select Settings, then locate the Disconnect button on the settings page.
Complete the short questionnaire.
Select Confirm Disconnect to remove the app from your company profile.
