How to create a listing
Create a Listing
Add your agent
Add MLS if there’s no MLS, check the Exclusive/Non-MLS checkbox
Enter the Listing Price
Enter Property Type
Click the blue 'Enter address' link to expand the rest of the Create a New Listing window.
Add New Contacts
Click New to add Parties to Listing
If the profile already exists, search them in the existing profile field (1)
Or (2) Add a new contact
Click the ‘Create a new profile’ or ‘Create a new agent’ to add new contacts
Add contact details
Click save to keep your changes.
Add Documents
Navigate to the Document page
There are 2 ways to upload documents
1st way, click 'New' button and upload your documents
2nd way, drag and drop your document files over the ‘New’ button
Convert a Listing to a Deal
