Editing Contacts and Agents

Search a Contact 

From the Brokerage>People menu

Select Profile Type, this will then open up the Status and Office filters to narrow your search


Click on the Contact name to open Edit options

Edit Contact

Click ‘Edit’ to make changes to the contact

Click ‘Save’ in each Section's edit modal to update any changes made.

For Agent contacts, DO NOT change the email field as this is the email used to connect to all usable integrations.

If invited to Loft, you can change the User Email field to change login options.
