Change your User email (the email you use to log into the app) and password
Connect to Google Drive Integration (reports can be exported to Google Sheets)
Toggle Deal Summary on/off
The deal summary is at the top of each deal
Notification Matrix
(customize what notifications you get in-app, instant email, or daily summary)
All notification will come from notify@loft47.com, so please do not unsubscribe as you will also fail to get any emails sent to you from your admin from the app as well.
Agent Profile (My Profile)
View your Profile via My Profile Menu, found under the Dashboard Menu and Google Data Studio Menu (if your Brokerage has subscribed to this Feature)
When you sign into Loft, you will be directed to your Deal's page. You can view all your Firm (open and unpaid), Conditional (Subjects still pending removal), and Closed Deals. To view deals that have collapsed or have been voided, use the Filter button at the top of your Deal's page and set the Sales status field to those values.
Deal Stage
You can also see what stage your deals are at in the processing workflow by viewing the badge under the deal's address and deal number.
Workflow Status Badge key
Created: The deal was created.
Conditional: The deal's subjects have not been satisfied. (Canadian Brokerages use this status)
Firm: The deal's subjects have been satisfied and removed. Sales Agreement/Contract is now fully binding.
Closed: The deal has been processed, reviewed, approved, and paid out.
Needs Review: This deal has not been reviewed by the Managing Broker but has been requested as so by the admin assigned to the deal.
Reviewed: The deal has been reviewed by the Managing Broker but not been approved yet.
Needs Approval: The deal has been requested to be approved for payout from the admin.
Approved: The Managing Broker has approved the deal to be paid out.
Rejected: The deal has not met all requirements to be processed.
Shared Deal: All communications to all respective parties have been sent out.
Red to Deposit badge: Indicates the Accounts Receivable Deposit required to pay the deal out fully.
Grey to Payout badge: Indicates the amount expected to pay out to all parties.
Grey in Excess badge: Indicates that funds received exceed the Payout amount(s).
Details Add, View, and Edit the deal's Details, such as address, contract dates, and financials such as Sell price and deposit expected.
People
Lists all parties that both are in the Sales/Agreement Contract as well as any parties that require communication regarding the deal.
Paystub
The deal's paystub will show here. If paid not paid out yet, the paystub will be in a Pending state.
Commissions
If your Brokerage has not restricted your access to this menu, this page will show the Sales Price, Gross (List + Buy Side) Commissions, the Sell Side (buy side) Commissions and the Commission Breakdown showing the breakdown of the Commissions. Please note, we do not have a List side Commission section, we calculate the List side Commissions by using the following formula: Gross - Sell = List
