Agent 1099 & T4A

Once your Brokerage administrator has turned the current year tax reporting on, Agents can find their 1099 / T4A right in their Loft47 Profile. Login to app.loft47.com and head to your My Profile menu. Scroll down the page to the Tax Return section of your profile, click the dropdown arrow, then pick the applicable year. * If you don't see a year in the dropdown, please notify your admin to add they allowable years in their Brokerage settings so you can proceed.


This will start your return's download, you can download the 1099 / T4A as many times as necessary (in the event it is misplaced) as long as your Brokerage has enabled the tax year. Please contact your Brokerage administrator with any questions about the figures.
