If your Rooms are not loading, or the Resync action is not refreshing the deal data, please follow these instructions:
1. In Integrations>DocuSign Room click Disconnect DocuSign
2. Reconnect DocuSign and follow the sign-in prompts
3. Reload your Rooms from Integations>DocuSign Rooms
4. Sync the deal you're trying to refresh from DocuSign Rooms
5. Done! or are you??? 🤔 If this process didn't work, you will have to revoke your connection with Loft and re-authenticate DocuSign Rooms. To do that...
6. Head over to your e-signature portion of DocuSign Rooms, where you land when you first login (not in the Rooms portion)>My Profile> Connected Apps
7. Click Revoke
8. Repeat Steps 1 - 4
