Sending Deals for Brokerage Review

Sending Deals for Brokerage Review

You may request Review or Approval for any deal.

Both Request Review and Request Approval send a notification to the Managing Broker for that office, so they can see comments and respond to the requester. The difference between the two is that Reviews can be done many times, and Approval can be completed just once.

Here's how you send it to your Broker for review prior to closing a deal if you wish to use that workflow.

Go to the specific deal and click the Created dropdown button on the right hand side. Then click Request Review, or Request Approval. There you can also add a comment and hit Submit. The Admin for the deal has the permission to request review / approval. (The Admin for the deal can be changed in the People for the deal.)

Brokerage Name → Deals → Deal # → Created → Request Review → Comment (if desired) → Submit
