Loft subscription fees are based on the number of Active Brokers and Agents in your brokerage. Admin accounts and office locations are unlimited and are not included in billing calculations.
Please note that agents must be marked as Active in order to create new deals. If an agent leaves your brokerage, their profile can be set to inactive; however, you will still be able to complete and payout any deals that were created while they were active.
We review active agent counts twice a year, in February and August. Prior to each review, we will notify you so you can verify and clean up your active agent list if needed (for example, marking inactive agents who are no longer with your brokerage).

Once youβve updated your agent statuses, you can compare your total active Brokers and Agents against our pricing plans to see if your monthly billing will change.
