Semi Annual Billing Review Process
The Loft subscription fees are based on the number of Active Brokers and Agents in your Brokerage. Admin accounts, and offices are unlimited. Before deactivating an Agents profile it's important to note that Agents need to be active in order to create new deals however, if an Agent leaves your office you are still able to payout the deals that were created when they were active.
We review Agent counts in February and August and will notify you to remind you to review your list of Active Agents ahead of time so you can clean up any Agents that were not updated to inactive. For information on how to inactivate Agents please see
this help article.
Due to Covid19, in 2020 we are asking any Brokerage that has lost a significant number of Agents please contact your account manager directly or our in app chat to review your Agent counts and billing plan.
You can view the current plan you are on under your Brokerage Menu and Brokerage Billing. Once you've updated your Agent status you can compare the number of Active Agents and Brokers to our pricing plans to determine if your monthly fee will be adjusted. You can find those plans at
