🌟 Overview

Once enabled, deals created in Rechat automatically flow into Loft47 and stay continuously updated as changes happen. No double entry. No chasing updates. Just clean, synced data.

⚙️ Phase 1: Turn It On (Quick Setup)

Before the magic starts, the integration needs to be switched on.

• 🔒 It’s off by default (feature flag controlled) 
• 📩 Email support@loft47.com to get it enabled
• 🔗 Once active, you’ll see a “Connect Rechat” option
• 🔑 Click it and log into your Rechat account to link both systems
  
  

🔄 Phase 2: Automatic Deal Flow

Once connected, things start moving on their own.

• 📨 Deals in “pending” status in Rechat automatically appear in Loft47
• 🚫 No manual import or syncing needed
• ⚡ It’s a true zero-click workflow once the deal hits the right stage
  

🔁 Phase 3: Always Up to Date

After the deal lands in Loft47, the sync doesn’t stop there.

• 👀 Loft47 keeps “watching” Rechat for updates
• ✏️ Changes like:
  • Sale price updates
  • New or updated contacts (e.g., sellers)
• 🔄 These updates appear in Loft47 after a simple page refresh.

📊 Deal Status Definitions

- Active Under Contract: The property is currently under a listing agreement. This status will not trigger the creation of a Loft deal.

- Escrow: The Listing has a signed contract in place.

- Pending: There is a signed contract with a buyer in place.
