Xero Connecting/Disconnecting

Connecting to Xero

Head to Integrations>Xero
Click the green 'Connect Xero button  



Choose your Brokerage name from the dropdown



****If you have connected in the past you will see the option to continue with 1 Organization.

Follow any login prompts to authorize Loft in Xero.  From there you will be redirected back to Loft>Integrations> Xero>Activity page, like so

!!IMPORTANT!! Sync Xero

Once connected to Xero, you'll be brought back to the Xero page in Loft.  It's imperative that you click Sync Xero after you've connected before you run a new batch process.

Please let the Sync Xero process run fully, you will know as there will be a Last Syncronized date present of “today’s date” 

If you have no date showing, Xero hasn’t been synced properly.



If you’ve followed the above steps and you still find you’re having to reconnect to Xero continually, this might be because you’ve connected too many times. If this is the case, you'll have to Remove ALL instances of the Loft47 Application(s) from Xero's Connected Apps and disconnect Xero.

Disconnect Loft in Xero

Head over to Xero>Settings>Connected Apps



Click the Disconnect button for ALL instances of the Loft47 Application


And disconnect, in the popup, choose other as the reason, click the Disconnect App button



Rinse and Repeat until all instances of Loft are gone.
