Login Troubleshooting Checklist

Quick Login Troubleshooting Checklist

*If your account appears locked, please contact our support team to unlock it for you.

*If your account does not appear locked and you are still having trouble logging in, try the following steps:
  1. Clear your Chrome cache or browsing history:
    1. if using Chrome > Chrome menu → More Tools → Clear Browsing Data
                   Select All Time, check Cookies and Cached Images, then click Clear Data
    1. If using Windows > SettingsPrivacy and security > clear activity history 
     2. Closing off a previously opened Loft 

    4. Reset your password:
    • Click “Forgot Password?” and follow the email instructions.
     5. Capture any errors:
    1. Take a screenshot or short video of any error messages you see.
     6. Contact Support if issue persists:
    1. Send your screenshot/video to support so we can help resolve the issue quickly.


Tip: Always use the official login link to avoid redirects or session errors, make sure to close all other windows.
