iFranchise API Reporting

Welcome! There are a couple of steps to get your Brokerage integrated with Gryphtec's Ifranchise integration with Loft.
First step, Brokerages must reach out to their regional reporting rep to ensure their region will allow API reporting to iFranchise.
Second step, once confirmed, please request from your Franchise's regional representative to reach out to Gryhptec (the region is the client to Gryphtec) to have the API reporting functionality turned on for for the new brokerage as Gryphtec has to change a setting on their side, which is something only they can do.

Once you've been turned on at the API level,  you will need to ask your regional reporting rep the following:
1. Which RE/MAX region your office reports to
2. The region ID you report to as well
3. Confirm your Offices RE/MAX Reporting ID(s)
If the settings are not correctly turned on by your iFranchise regional reporting rep, or the Gryphtec setting as not been enabled, or your Region or Office IDs are incorrect, you will see upload error messages such as:
'Transactions API Error: You do not have access to the requested Super Region.'
or
The request is invalid.:{"transaction"=>[The IntegratorID 1XXXX is not allowed to report transactions for Office XXXX"]}
Please note, If you are using the Integrations>iFranchise>Upload and have see either of these error messages when using the integration in Loft, please reach out to your Regional Rep to confirm the above items.

When you receive the above information, please reach out to us and provide us with your Region's ID, so we can confirm or update this in the software's back end.
Add or update your Office Reporting ID's via your Brokerage/Offices menu.
Click on the pencil next to each office you need to change and add or edit the External ID field so that your Office's RE/MAX Reporting ID is up to date.

Last step before you can use the integration:
You will also need to export your Agent's Master Integrator RE/MAX ID # list and ensure you update these in each of your agent's Internal ID field in their Loft profile, the new RE/MAX ID's will start with 1XXX, see below example.

You are now ready to use the integration 🙌🏻
