How to add Deduction Groups

How to add Deduction Groups

You can package fees in a group to provide more flexibility for the Brokerage and simplicity for the Agents.

In order to group the fees, head to the Brokerage menu / Deductions

To create a group, click on any of the fees on this page. You can assign the fee to a current group or create a new group by typing in the field.

You can visually see which fees are associated with groups on the deduction page.

Assigning group fees to Agents

You can assign all, some, or a single fee under a group to an Agent. One Agent may have all and some might just have one or two. All fees assigned to an Agent's profile that are included in a group will show on the deductions page for administration but will be grouped and displayed by the group name on paystubs and year-to-date reporting for Agents.
