Franchise reporting for RE/MAX LLC Brokerages

Franchise reporting for RE/MAX LLC Brokerages

Before creating your Franchise upload, ensure each Agent & selling Broker has their RE/MAX Master ID entered in their profile's Internal ID field. Also confirm your brokerage's RE/MAX Office ID has been entered into the Office profile (external ID field)

From the Loft47 > Reports menu, select Franchise & the month you would like to report to the franchise. If you have multiple offices, RE/MAX requires each office is uploaded separately in the RE/MAX portal.

Download the XLS version of the Franchise report. DO NOT CHANGE any of the headers, this is a RE/MAX required format and changing headers will cause the portal to refuse the upload. Review the information to ensure the correct Office ID and the Agent Associate IDs are populated. RE/MAX LLC requires a full Address, including Postal / Zip codes & Country. Please ensure your deals contain this information prior to uploading.  *Please note, RE/MAX LLC reporting requires the reports to report deals based on their statistic's date (Agent paid out date) so if your deal closes at the end of the month and you wish to report it for the month it's closed in, you will have to change the posting date of the payout to reflect the closed at date.

Head to remax.net & then to My Account > Statistics
Click Upload File!
