Franchise reporting for RE/MAX LLC Brokerages
From the Loft47 > Reports menu, select Franchise & the month you would like to report to the franchise.
Download the XLS version of the Franchise report.
🔑 Key Notes: Loft posts the sales volume only on the first transaction.
If a deal is paid partially, the sales volume is recorded on that initial payment. For any subsequent payout (balance payment), the report will show the commission amount only, with the sales volume reflected as $0. See below screenshot:
Head to remax.net & then to My Account > Statistics.

RE/MAX LLC requires a full Address, including Postal / Zip codes & Country. Please ensure your deal contain this information prior to uploading.
