Sales Price

No Sale Price

Must use Flat Fee $ field

Each Commission Side Breakdown

Representing the LIST SIDE, enter the % or $ amount in the appropriate fields in the Gross Commission Column
Representing the BUY SIDE, enter the % or $ amount in the appropriate fields in the Sell Side Commission Column
Representing BOTH SIDES, enter the % or $ amount in the appropriate fields in both Columns, see Examples> Representing Double End below

IMPORTANT!! We do not have a List Side Column, the formula used to determine the List Side Commission is GROSS - SELL = LIST

Examples:
Sell Price of the Property is $100K
Representing the LIST SIDE at 3%.  You would add the 3 to the % field in the Gross Commission Column
Following the formula above (GROSS - SELL = LIST) $3,000 (Gross) - $0 (Sell Side) = $3,000 (List)

Representing the BUY SIDE at 3%.  You would add the 3 to the % field in the Gross Commission Column
Following the formula above (GROSS - SELL = LIST) $0 (Gross) - $3,000 (Sell Side) = - $3,000 (List) Since we can not display negative Commission amounts, the default value displayed in your List Side will be $0

Representing the DOUBLE END at 6% & 3%.  You would add the 6 to the % field in the Gross Commission Column and 3% to the Sell Side Commission Column
Following the formula above (GROSS - SELL = LIST) $6,000 (Gross) - $3,000 (Sell Side) = $3,000 (List)  If your not sure of the percentages but do know the value of both ends, you would follow this formula backwards to determine the Gross Commission amount (LIST + SELL = GROSS) and add that value to the Gross Commission Column
