Removing and/or Changing the Primary Agent on a Deal
Reasons why you would Remove or change the Primary agent on a deal:
- You created a deal with the wrong agent
- Your Document management Software assigned the wrong agent as Primary
Change Primary Agent
The agent the deal is created with always defaults to Primary.
In the People’s page
Click the edit pencil ✏️ next to agent you want to make the Primary Agent. (If the agent isn't on the deal, make sure to add them now.)
Click the ‘Make Primary Agent’ button
Click 'Update' to save change
Remove Agent from Deal
Please note, you can not remove Primary Agents!
Click the edit pencil ✏️ next to agent
Click 'Remove Person'
Click 'Update' to save change
