Loft offers three options for reporting to the Franchise for Century21 Canada.

1. Franchise report which summarizes all the data for the time period requested 

2. Closed deals report which shows all the data from transacted deals for the time period selected

3. A copy of the closed deals report that breaks out referrals or payments made to Brokerages outside the organization. 

You are only required to submit 1 & 2 to your Franchise.
