Email Template/Google Doc Template FAQ

Adding a Logo to Email Templates (not Google Templates)

Go to your Company's website that displays your Company's logo.

Right click on the logo's image and select 'Copy Image Address'



Click the pencil of the template you want to add the logo to in your Brokerage/Email Template page to open the template editor.
Click on the '+ Image' button at the top right of the body of the email, this will place the HMTL code required to add your logo to the template.
Replace the text 'IMAGE_HERE' between the quotation marks with the URL that you copied.
Click the green 'Save' Button to update the change.
Click the Preview tab to view the change.

Setting your Google Doc to Shared Editor Access

We require your Google Docs to be set to Editor Access in order to support any issues that may arise. To do this follow the steps below:
Click File>Share>Share with Others


In the popup, click the dropdown menu under General Access>Anyone with the Link

Then click the dropdown arrow next Viewer and choose the Role Editor

Copy Our Repository Templates to a blank Google Doc Template

Open the Repository Template you want to Copy into a Blank Google Doc Template in Loft

Place your cursor anywhere in the Repository Template document

Click CTRL + A (PC users) or CMD + A (Mac Users) to ‘Select All’ 

Click CTRL + C (PC users) or CMD + C (Mac Users) to Copy

Click CTRL +V (PC users) or CMD + V (Mac Users) to Paste into the Blank Google Doc Template in Loft
