As you may have heard we already have or will be upgrading you to Xero version 2!
With this new update Xero requires unique user accounts to connect Loft47 and your Xero account. If you are a user with multiple brokerages and or multiple user accounts you’ll want to set up a unique Xero log in for each Xero account you want to connect.

The new Xero API is also a little more picky about having one unique contact in Loft match the accounting contact in Xero exactly.
We’ve taken the liberty to clean up duplication in your contacts that we could but we know it still happens.
