Changes to Notifications - January 19 2026
We're launching new transaction management functionality, including expanded Listing and Deal Requirements management!
To accommodate the upgrades, we've made some changes to how Users and Agents receive notifications. Please review the changes and update your notification settings if you'd like. Click the dropdown beside your name (top right of the app page), select Settings and make any changes to your notification settings.
1) FOR ALL USERS: When the person who causes the notification (payout, comment, etc.) takes action, they will now also receive notifications that they have signed up for. This is a change from the past, when you would not receive a notification if you initiated the action. You can update your notification settings in the app to receive fewer activity notifications.
2) FOR ALL USERS: If you set any of your deal or listing requirements to "required" (which is off by default), any Agents who get a daily summary will also see a requirements pending section so they can update the deal in Loft47 or view a deal summary with pending requirements.
3) FOR ALL USERS: Your Agents will receive notifications of pending required tasks or documents. In their notification email, they will receive a link to the deal to update any documentation or update the file in Loft47. What is new is a public-facing Brokerage-Branded webpage for each deal, which includes a deal summary and a list of requirements and their current state. The requirements summary page will be visible to anyone, regardless of whether they have an account, and is a great tool for the Agent to share deal status with clients.
4) FOR ALL USERS: When the state of a requirement is changed to any system or custom requirement, "ALL" users, including all Admin staff, will receive a notification, not just the admin that is assigned.
5) FOR ENTERPRISE AI+ Clients: Users are also able to now set up notifications for when pending deal or listing requirements are "DUE."
